Microsoft Outlook  Inbox
Hi! I would like to ask assistance regarding out outlook 2013 Inbox messages.  I purchased two Microsoft Office Home & Business 2013 and installed it to two computers and both are registered. I configured both outlook of both units. The other one is running good however one of it is having a problem. I cannot see all messages in my inbox and it is limited only for 10days messages. Right after 10 days the old messages are gone. Maybe not deleted but I cannot see it. I tried to check the settings but I cannot find what seems to be the problem since the other outlook account that I configures is doing OK at this very moment. I don't have any problem with the other folders, sent items are all there but I need your help to fix my Inbox cause I need to see all the other old messages. Please help me how to configure it. Thank you so much! I do appreciate the help.

Based on the description, your messages probably have been archived automatically.

Please verify by the following steps:

1.Click the File tab, and then click the Options tab on the File menu.
2.Click the Advanced tab.
3.Click AutoArchive Settings .
4.If the checkbox Run AutoArchive every is checked, your old messages may have been archived to a .pst file.
If you have archived your messages, you will see Archives on the Navigation Pane. You can view your archived emails in the sub folders.

To know more information, please visit Description of the AutoArchive feature in Outlook:
